The Evian Resort is the ideal location for your corporate events, for 10 to 400 people, whether for seminars, conferences, incentives, meetings, team building breaks or product launches. Benefiting from an extensive range of modern spaces and a unique setting surrounded by lake and mountains, each event is tailored to your requirements and you are guided by a dedicated event expert from start to finish.

The Evian Resort can host a variety of private events such as lunches and dinners with friends and family, weddings, and birthday celebrations for adults and children. With its wide range of restaurants, private function rooms and terraces, you can choose from many options and make your event one that is bespoke to you. The Sport & Culture department can also provide you with a selection of pursuits both at the Resort and in the surrounding area. 

Yes, seminars can be organised at all of the Resort's venues. Accommodation is provided at one of the hotels, while meetings and dining are available in the Resort’s many restaurants, meeting rooms and private function rooms, based on your requirements.

Yes, the Resort offers a wide range of meeting rooms at its different venues. We provide spaces of varying sizes with modern amenities and customisable layouts. 

Yes, working in collaboration with the town of Evian, the Evian Resort can host large-scale congresses and conventions. The Resort regularly hosts such events, thanks to a number of large meeting rooms and its auditorium, La Grange au Lac, which can accommodate up to 1,000 attendees. 

Yes, both the conference centres and hotels can be booked for exclusive use, depending on the dates and hotel occupancy.

The Evian Resort is open most of the year but closes for a few weeks during winter. Closing dates vary. The Hôtel Ermitage is open all year round.

There are several means of transport available to get to the Evian Resort: 

• By car: Several free car parks are available.
   
• By train: Daily trains from Geneva and Annemasse. Evian train station is a 3-minute drive from the Evian Resort.  It is possible to book exclusive use of a train on the Léman Express line (150 people). 
   
• By boat: The CGN company operates daily crossings between Lausanne (Switzerland) and Evian-les-Bains. The journey time from the boat landing stage in Evian-les-Bains to the Evian Resort takes 5 minutes by car.
   
• By plane: The closest international airport is Geneva, a 75-minute drive from the Evian Resort. It is also possible to land at Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, a two and a half hour drive away.

Many of the sites within the Evian Resort can be reached on foot within the 47-acre private grounds. The Casino and Les Thermes d’Evian are located in the town centre, a few hundred metres from the hotel grounds, and can be reahced on foot, by bike or on the town's funicular railway. The golf courses are a 5-minute drive from the grounds.

For your convenience, a free shuttle service is provided by the Evian Resort.  These certified carbon-neutral shuttles provide a comfortable, environmentally friendly transfer between the Resort’s various sites.  Shuttle transfers can also be arranged to and from Evian's SNCF train station.

The Evian Resort's restaurants can accommodate groups of several dozen guests, depending on the dates.
Our restaurants can also be booked for exclusive use, subject to conditions.

Yes, groups can select a package that includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner (residential package).

Yes, introductions to golf are available and experienced players can play our courses. Lunch, a drinks reception or dinner can complete the experience.

There are around twenty group pursuits to choose from, such as water sports, mountain excursions and team building activities.

Yes, the Evian Resort regularly hosts successful incentive breaks thanks to a full range of offerings and its surroundings.

Yes, the Evian Resort provides transportation for groups staying at its hotels, taking them to nearby ski resorts and to all the local places of interest.  There is an additional charge for this service.
