Our Meeting Rooms
The Evian Resort offers a remarkable playground for corporate and private clients keen to hold their event at an inspiring venue. Various spaces offer an array of possibilities for experiencing wonderful times together.
All meeting rooms have a Wi-Fi connection, video projector, screen, flipchart, notepad, pens and evian water. The Evian Resort’s Groups & Conferences department will be happy to meet all your specific requirements when it comes to audio and video equipment – simply let them know what you need.
G8 Room
Built in 2003 for the G8 summit in Evian, this spacious 285 m² room is located at the entrance to the Hôtel Royal convention centre, level with the garden. It is ideal for receptions and offers uninterrupted views over Lake Geneva. It also benefits from direct access to a very large, private lawned terrace, perfect for cocktails and aperitifs. The space is fully modular and can be adapted for banquets for smaller groups.
