All seminar, meeting and conference rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi connection, video projector, screen, flipchart, notepad, pens and Evian water. In addition, the Évian Resort's Groups & Conferences department can meet all your specific needs in terms of audio and video equipment, etc., on request, to guarantee a tailor-made conference room rental.
G8 Room
Built in 2003 for the G8 summit in Evian, this spacious 285 m² room is located at the entrance to the Hôtel Royal convention centre, level with the garden. It is ideal for receptions and offers uninterrupted views over Lake Geneva. It also benefits from direct access to a very large, private lawned terrace, perfect for cocktails and aperitifs. The space is fully modular and can be adapted for banquets for smaller groups.
